While the Elixir buff is active, dealing damage activates the Satisfied Battle Mania buff, granting X Health, X Mana and X Stamina regeneration for X.
Each additional hit refreshes the duration of that buff; however, once it runs out, the Unsatisfied Battle Mania debuff will suspend any Health, Stamina, and Mana regeneration for X.

Rebalanced, fixed and improved several weapon gems. Lowered some stats on Gem of Battle Mania and Gem of Obsession. Buffed the damage of the Gem of Toxic Reaction, leading to a +21% dps on level 10 up to 65% on level 50.
