Ritual Tempest Wand

This ceremonial wand was often used when praying for downpours when the drought first started. While that didn't work, you can still use it to call lightning down on your enemies!

Overcharge:
This wand holds a chance to amplify its damage output. Attacks deal bonus damage up to the overcharge percentage.

Multishot:
Fires multiple projectiles but at reduced damage.
